Movie 19: Twice Dead

Joined by the ladies from Spooky Bitches of Lubbock, we look at the 80's horror film "Twice Dead" for our Halloween episode. So, just how WTF is the film? It broke Andrew Farmer so hard, that he goes off on a 15 min rant alone about the film's concept of time.

This notorious  rip-off of Star Wars is celebrating its' 40th anniversary this year, and we decided to revisit it after not seeing it since we were children. How is it today in 2019? Premutos

How does one describe our 17th film? Can anyone describe our 17th film, because we can't. 

Filmed in Germany using some of the worst film dubbing you have ever heard in your entire life, Premutos tells the story (?) of a fallen angel prior to Lucifer who wants to....we don't know. It was either take over the world, create a zombie army, or look like Russell Brand. The gore gets to pornographic levels in this film, but hey at least one of our leads Walter gets a NEW Conan sword!

Yeah, this one is for the books, folks. 

Summer Camp Nightmare

TO THE REVOLUTION!

For our next film, we look at an 80's film that has never made the leap from VHS/Laserdisc to DVD/Blu Ray called Summer Camp Nightmare. This thriller stars Chuck Conners and the voice of Jem/Jerrica of Jem and the Holograms herself Samantha Newark about a Lord of the Flies-esque uprising at a summer camp. 

Maximum Overdrive

Our "Inspired By Cocaine" series concludes with one of the most infamous films ever made MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE. The first and last time Stephen King directed a film, this film has went from being a craptastic flop to being a craptastic cult film. We have not seen this film since we were kids, so how does it hold up now through the eyes of adult cult film fans? Listen and find out!

How does one describe a film like The Apple? 

Imagine if Stefan from Saturday Night Live made a movie. This would be the results.

In our second film for the "Fueled By Cocaine" trilogy, we look at the third Amityville movie that stars a young Lori "I'm Going To Jail" Laughlin and Tony "Ron Perlman Light" Roberts.
